Acceptance and Understanding

  • This website (www.expertastravel.com) and this Instagram account (@expertastravel) are properties of Expertas Travel, with legal seats in 50400 Urgup, Nevsehir, TURKEY.
  • Please read these terms and conditions, which must be accepted when contracting services with Expertas Travel.
  • Refunds for all bookings and payments you make with Expertas Travel made through any means, are subject to the following terms and conditions.
  • You must not confirm any reservation through our site and/or contract a service unless you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Once we have received your payment we will understand that you have read and understood the terms and conditions that apply to such payments.
  • If you have any questions, please get in touch with us before making any payment and/or confirmation.

Pricing of Programs and Services

  • The prices reported on our website are expressed in “USD”, United States Dollars (unless otherwise stated) and include taxes (20% VAT: Value Added Tax).
  • Unless explicitly stated, the published rates are not valid for holidays, public holidays or long weekends.
  • Rates for groups larger than 10 people are subject to discounts, please consult our reservations department at reservas@expertastravel.com.
  • All transportation rates are subject to change and space availability to be confirmed the day the reservation is made. This available rate will be sent via e-mail by one of our consultants.

Reservations and Payments

  • A deposit of an amount equivalent to 25% of the total price informed will be required to proceed to confirm your reservations. The final balance must be received by Expertas Travel within 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the starting point of your trip. If payment of the final balance is not received by the deadline, Expertas Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservations. Those bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date at the starting point of your trip must be paid in full before the arrival date.
  • You have the possibility to pay by credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard) or by interbank link and/or bank transfer.
  • Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3,5% surcharge.
  • Payments made by an interbank link are not subject to any surcharge. Expertas Travel will take as payment for the contracted services, the amount actually credited to your bank account free of transfer fees charged by issuing and correspondent banks. Any difference that may arise, it will be the responsibility of the client to settle it through the available means of payment.
  • Payments or guarantee deposits must be made through our online system or otherwise to the company’s bank accounts.

Reservations of Tourist Packages and/or Tours

  • The confirmation of the requested reservation will be informed to you through an e-mail indicating the reservation code of each tourist service contracted.
  • The confirmation of the services will proceed after having received your online reservation request and having received a guarantee deposit or full payment within the established periods.
  • The passenger will be contacted by the Tour Operator at the destination, who must identify himself/herself with his/her passport or identity card and pay his/her balance in cash (if any) to start the provision of tourist services. Expertas Travel will provide the client with the information of the operator and guide in charge before the beginning of any contracted tourist activity.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to indicate the arrival and departure information with due anticipation.
  • In case the passenger requires to pick up from a specific place, different from the one published in the itinerary, he/she must coordinate it in advance with Expertas Travel to check the existence of additional charges.
  • If you purchase a tour package with transportation, the passenger must be present with the required anticipation at the indicated check-in time at the boarding station of the bus company or at the airport, to collect your boarding card or ticket and check-in. There is no responsibility on the part of the company if the passenger loses the Ticket for reasons beyond the company’s control, such as tardiness, delays in queues, failure to check in or others.
  • All ticket reservations are personal and non-transferable, non-endorsable and non-refundable. They are also subject to the cancellation policies of the transportation company.
  • All tours are subject to weather conditions, in case there is interference of the weather to perform the contracted tourist service, the conditions of each service will be applied (in any case there is no refund).
  • After the client has received the confirmation by mail or any other means of communication, he/she has a period of no more than 48 hours after receiving it to make any observations. It is understood that if the client has not made any observations within this period or has already started to enjoy the contracted services, the company assumes conformity on the part of the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to pay the advance payment or the balance of the contracted service within the deadlines established by Expertas Travel, if the client does not comply with them, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation without reimbursement.

Reservation Modifications

  • In case of requesting a modification of a confirmed reservation, Expertas Travel reserves the right to apply a minimum charge of USD $50 (Fifty U.S. Dollars) for administrative expenses.

Cancellations

  • In case you need to cancel a confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of USD $150 (One Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars).
  • If you have paid less than USD $150, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 29 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 25% of the total price of the contracted services.
  • In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 20 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total price of the contracted services.
  • In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 9 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 100% of the value of the contracted services.

Refunds

  • Those activities and tours booked by Expertas Travel as part of the services you have contracted and that cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, will be fully refunded.
  • This refund does not apply to cancellations due to acts of God or force majeure (war, terrorism, state of siege, natural or nuclear disasters, epidemics, quarantine, customs or medical regulations, fire, labour disputes or strikes, etc.).
  • In the case of contracting travel programs, there shall be no right to reimbursement for services included and/or contracted not used during the same by decision of the clients/passengers, such as lodging expenses, car rentals, tours, etc.

Price Variation

  • All prices are subject to changes and variations. In the event of a possible fluctuation of prices, rates, taxes or any other item that affects part or all of the price of the contracted services, Expertas Travel commits to inform you of such variation or fluctuation as soon as possible.
  • The changes and/or variations in the prices originated in the reasons indicated in the previous paragraph and must be paid by the clients/passengers prior to the beginning of the contracted services.

Web Site

  • The information contained in our website is basically informative and illustrative of the services we offer, and may eventually contain errors or involuntary omissions, arising during the loading of such information. Expertas Travel is not responsible for any such errors, omissions or failure to update such information.

Modifications and Cancellations

  • Due to the fact that reservations are generally made well in advance, it may be necessary to make changes or modifications to the contracted services. In such cases, you will be notified about such changes in price, route, itinerary, hotel, transportation, etc. If such variation or modification generates any inconvenience that makes the use of the contracted services impossible, you will not be obliged to go ahead with the reservation and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Lodging and Meals

  • In all cases, the prices of the tours and programs are calculated using double occupancy accommodation, with private facilities and in hotels of the categories mentioned in the respective programs. Please ask us for specific prices for people travelling alone (single basis) or in the case of three or more people travelling together.
  • Programs do not include pre-registration for use of rooms (‘early check in’) earlier than the usual check-in time or for use after check-out time of hotels and accommodations (‘late check out’).
  • Programs do not include meals and beverages unless expressly mentioned otherwise.

Other Inclusions

  • Transportation, general admissions, guided or self-guided visits, tours, cruises and other complementary services are only included when expressly mentioned in the programs. Anything not expressly included in the respective programs is excluded.

Personal Expenses

  • Expenses of a personal nature of the clients/passengers, such as telephone calls, laundry, gratuities/gratuities, services requested in the room, optional tours, beverages, etc. are not included and will be at your expense and contracted under your responsibility.

Travel Insurance

  • No travel insurance is included in the cost of the services contracted with Expertas Travel. As for any other trip abroad or outside your usual place of residence, it is highly recommended that all clients/passengers purchase travel insurance to protect them against charges for cancellation of flights or other means of transportation, loss or damage of luggage or other personal effects, accidents or health problems, or any fortuitous event that may arise during your trip. Please consult our sales agent if you have any doubts.
  • Expertas Travel can take care of your travel insurance, in case you require it. If you have any doubts, please consult our sales agent.

Air Tickets

  • The international or domestic air tickets necessary to carry out the contracted services are not included in any of our programs (unless otherwise stated in the itinerary).

Departure or Entry Taxes (Departure Tax or Embarkation Fees)

  • Programs exclude international and/or domestic departure or entry taxes. The international departure or entry tax must be paid before proceeding with immigration and customs procedures. Please check with the operator with whom you are contracting international and/or domestic transportation services for current rates.

Passports, Visas and Other Necessary Documentation

  • It is the responsibility of the clients/passengers to have the correct and valid travel documentation. Expertas Travel does not provide official information about visa requirements or documentation.

Baggage

  • On domestic flights, there are lower baggage allowances. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/passenger. Please refer to the information provided by the airline and/or the operator with whom you have contracted the air transportation services regarding baggage allowance and extra charges for excess weight and/or number of pieces.

Notification of Problems and Inconveniences

  • If any problem or inconvenience should arise during your trip, it is very important that you inform us immediately so that we can assist you with the resolution of the same and with the objective of minimizing possible adverse effects. If for any reason you are unable to inform us of the problem, please inform us in writing within 30 days of arrival in your country, providing all the information you consider relevant. If possible, we will assist you in any way we can to find a solution to the problem.

Special Needs

  • Expertas Travel undertakes to make every effort to meet any special requirements (e.g. special diets, people with special needs, etc.) and to inform the suppliers of your request at the time of booking. It is important that you communicate these special requirements to us in detail and as far in advance as possible.

Independent Contracting

  • Any contracting or arrangements that clients/passengers initiate independently are their sole responsibility and expense. Expertas Travel will not assume any liability or reimbursement with respect to these arrangements.

Responsibility and Scope

  • This website is property of Expertas Travel (www.expertastravel.com), which will make all necessary efforts be within its reach for the proper management and organization of program reservations, tours and other services offered on it. The images shown on the site are included for illustrative purposes only and may not coincide, in all cases, with the places included in the programs.
  • Expertas Travel shall not be liable for the consequences of any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or for the failure of one or more of the services managed by its suppliers, such as transportation, hotels, cruises, or any other activity and/or service that is not directly owned or controlled by Expertas Travel.
  • Expertas Travel shall not be liable in any way for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property arising out of or caused directly or indirectly by accidents related to weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars declared or undeclared, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities or any other acts, omissions, or conditions beyond our control. Expertas Travel nor its associates will be responsible for any additional expenses or charges originated by the responsibility and/or negligence of the clients/passengers contracting the services offered nor as a consequence of the causes mentioned above.
  • Expertas Travel will not be responsible for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property, nor for accidents that may occur when using any of the services provided by Expertas Travel and/or its suppliers.
 
Any user who accepts this agreed program offer and makes a reservation is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses of the above agreement.
