For tailor-made trips, we first hold a consultation to design your route before any payment is required.

We offer flexible cancellations. If you cancel up to 14 days before your departure, you will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to partial refunds based on our pre-booked hotel and transport commitments.

Expertas Travel focuses on premium, intimate experiences. Our small group tours never exceed 10-12 guests to ensure personalized attention from our expert guides. We also offer fully private tours for couples, families, and solo travelers.

We handle all ground logistics, domestic flights within the destination country, boutique hotel accommodations, and guided experiences. However, guests are responsible for booking their own international flights and securing necessary travel visas. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with your visa application.
